Built with flanged connections and tapped blinds, our test headers are delivered with a comprehensive certification packet that ensures full compliance, quality, and traceability. Each packet includes:
- All manufacturers' Material Test Reports (MTRs) Detailed engineering drawings
- X-ray reports and certifications
- Hydrostatic test reports, certifications, and operator qualifications
- Welding certifications and operator qualifications
For added convenience, we also offer optional Test Header Valve Packages, complete with valves, nipples, bull plugs, and supporting documentation.
